We will engage you and your questions while exploring the points below.
Workshop participants learn to discern their true place in the Movement by exploring their gifts, clarifying their calling, and releasing comparison so they can contribute in ways that genuinely fit who they are.
Workshop participants learn to name the real cost of advocacy work, recognize burnout and misalignment, and give themselves permission to set boundaries or pivot without guilt.
Workshop participants learn to reenter the Movement with clarity by redefining their role, exploring new models of impact, and building sustainable rhythms that align with their current capacity and season of life.
Having engaged in an interactive format, workshop participants leave equipped to turn insight into action by identifying their next aligned step, naming the support they need, and strengthening connection through shared dialogue and community coaching.
This year's workshop sessions will be led by seasoned survivors-leaders who will invite workshop participants to ask the hard questions about the Movement, the strengths, the weaknesses, and how some level of participation may work for you but may not work for everyone.
