Ashley M. Wilson is a purpose-driven creator, certified integrative health practitioner, and founder of Flourishing Essentials, LLC—an online wellness center equipping women and mission-driven entrepreneurs in transition to build lives rooted in wholeness, creativity, and sustainable growth.
As the founder of Flourishing Essentials, Ashley leads the development of a multi-dimensional platform that integrates holistic wellness, entrepreneurship, creative expression, and community-centered support. Her work focuses on supporting the whole person—helping individuals care for their wellbeing while building aligned lives, careers, and businesses that can thrive long-term.
For over a decade, Ashley has built, led, and contributed to initiatives that serve overlooked communities and uplift underserved individuals. From her early experiences supporting at-risk youth to her leadership within community health programs and trauma recovery homes, she has remained deeply anchored in mission-centered work that honors the dignity of every person.
Her professional journey includes work in youth residential life, program coordination, advocacy, and life skills education for women navigating adversity, transition, trauma, and systemic barriers. Across nonprofits, ministries, and community-based organizations, Ashley has supported individuals with compassion while also strengthening the operations and vision of the organizations she served through administration, leadership development, and education.
Ashley later founded a nonprofit focused on human trafficking prevention, education, and survivor-centered restoration. Her work earned state-level recognition and further deepened her commitment to advocacy that transforms both individuals and systems. Over time, she transitioned from nonprofit leadership into a mission-driven business model that allowed her to operate from the full expression of her gifts—blending strategy, sustainability, wellness, and creativity in everything she builds.
Along the way, Ashley became increasingly passionate about workplace wellness, healthy team culture, and sustainable leadership. She developed systems designed to help prevent burnout and encourage collective care—principles she has shared through speaking engagements and conferences, including the Commonwealth Prevention Alliance. She has also contributed to trauma-responsive educational materials and faith-based emotional care initiatives such as Spiritual First Aid.
Through her own personal health journey, Ashley overcame infertility through holistic lifestyle changes and became her own strongest health advocate. This experience eventually led her to become a certified integrative health practitioner and fueled her passion for helping others uncover root causes, pursue lasting wellness, and care for their bodies with greater intention. Through Flourishing Essentials, LLC, she now offers wellness education, coaching, creative resources, handcrafted goods, and community-centered support designed to help people flourish from the inside out.
Ashley is also a wife and mother of three, drawing daily inspiration from the beauty, resilience, and complexities of family life. Whether guiding women through seasons of transition, helping entrepreneurs build aligned visions, or creating spaces that encourage healing and growth, she believes every person deserves the tools and support needed to thrive. Her work continues to foster restoration, empowerment, and purpose-filled impact across the communities she serves.
